Im so excited!

These wee guys have been my latest purchase and its got me excited. I still absolutely love these wee figures so even though I have been making wee clay food I havent forgotton my passion for these miniature guys.

Miniature food

Recently i've had a change in scale. I have been experimenting with making realistic miniature food to the scale of one inch (1/12), the scale commonly used for dollhouses. Heres a wee sneek peek! Will post more soon!!!

A little piece was missing

I havent posted in awhile, my miniatures have taken a back seat. Now, hopefully they will reappear. So watch this space!!

I've had this wee glass tea cup and saucer for awhile but there has never been a right time to use it untill now.
This wee piece is titled : Tea for Two.

I wanted the influence to be on the picnic basket, the two figures met on a teeny hill top which i got to use my new static grass applicator for!!!!

This piece was one of my very first. It was simple with a strong message. As my body of work grew this piece always obtained its interest!

Another thing i loved....

Glass! I loved the use of glass for the works i created last year. I thought the overall look was stunning and in most cases the glass was a way of containing and encasing my works as well as being part of the piece too!
